Excited to be spending more time and working a bit more in Europe - had the pleasure of spending some time at @restaurant__vantre last visit - a place that has quickly become a favorite of mine in Paris since I first set foot inside in Sept of 2021. Owner/Sommelier @marco_pelletier and Chef @masakinagao and their tight team offer an insanely deep list of wines (not hyperbole) and incredibly lush yet precise food in a warm, intimate, golden-hued bistro space. Chef’s pigeon and foie tourte is a stone cold killer of a dish - the whole menu always sings. But I return again and again for the ambiance and the warm welcome. Une très belle addresse! ❤️
