GINGERBREAD CHERRY BUNDT CAKE 🍒 (Recipe linked in my bio) If I could only eat one type of cake for the rest of my life, I think this would be the one. I’ll tell you why. First, the cake is textural perfection (in my not-so-humble opinion). It’s satisfyingly dense and almost caramelised on the outside, yet stays so ultra moist on the inside. Second, the flavours of this cake are out of this world. It’s super rich with gingerbread spice, which is balanced out by sour cherries which add bursts of tartness. The dreamy biscoff cream cheese icing is really the cherry on top (not sorry for the pun). I created this cake recipe last year for Christmas and it was an instant hit. I’ll be honest, I’m not really one to make the same dessert two years in a row. But I wanted an excuse to perfect the recipe, so I made this over the weekend for a Christmas dinner we were hosting. Thank goodness I did, because it was even better the second time around!
