Everyone’s story is different. this is just a little bit of one of the most transformative periods of my life. I learned to love me again and it was the best commitment I’ve ever made to myself. It started and continued with finding joy and gratitude in movement again. We are so lucky. Our bodies are amazing. We deserve to feel good no matter what.
