Almost a year ago, Johannes Jungnickel opened Hansi’s Brot (@hansisbrot) in Sprengelkiez. Here he offers a very down-to-earth baking trade - as we know it from the past: sourdough bread and classic small baked goods. In the morning it smells of fresh bread, Schrippen, pretzels, spelled souls and cobbler's boys.
