Almost a year ago, Johannes Jungnickel opened Hansi’s Brot (@hansisbrot) in Sprengelkiez. Here he offers a very down-to-earth baking trade - as we know it from the past: sourdough bread and classic small baked goods. In the morning it smells of fresh bread, Schrippen, pretzels, spelled souls and cobbler's boys. The bakery obtains the flour in organic quality directly from the Spreewald.
