The biggest piece of advice I would give to new parents is to not forget about the love you have for one another. Keep the sparks alive. Have dates (even just at home after the kids are asleep), pick up flowers, compliment one another, put down the phones and kiss like you were dating. If you allow it to, parenting can make you fall so much more in love with your spouse than you ever could have without!
