Once a month I give myself a full solo “field trip” day in the city. I’ll walk across the bridge, head to a museum, or write notes from a new café uptown. There is no end goal, no destination, nothing to cross off the list. I’ll just go where my heart guides me, observe others and reset my brain. It’s one of the most creatively rejuvenating practices in my life. Today I did just that, stopping for a hot chocolate at @maman and wandering the cobblestone streets of soho, keeping cozy in @fahertybrand ❤️
