We do a blend of yoga, pilates, mobility, and all around body strengthening, with no impact! From my years as a dancer, and all around active person, I have gained A LOT of knowledge of the body. I weave in a lot of physical therapy modalities, but it doesn’t get boring 😜 If you have been wanting to take a yoga class, but you get a) bored or b) are intimidated, this is the class for you.
