She is an incredible artist from South Africa that I was honoured to include in RISE. Black women and their contribution to art and culture is so monumental! While researching about her life, it was so clear that her journey into the world of art was unique and so inspirational. But honestly, look at her! She is art herself. The art world wouldn’t be the same wouldn’t her! and guess what? We were born on the same day! I will always cherish this fun-fact as well!
