Fried calamari is one of the most elite appetizers, prove me otherwise 🦑🔥 It’s light, crispy, tender and SO delicious. Growing up by the sea, my father has had this dish LOTS of time and it still remains one of his favorites to eat and make. That tradition was passed on to my brother and I. I especially love this dish around the holidays.
