1.5 oz 100% dark unsweetened chocolate bar
4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
2/3 cup monkfruit or erythritol sweetener
š„£Instructions:
1. In a saucepan on medium heat, place 4 cups of unsweetened almond milk.
2. Chop 1.5 ounces of the chocolate bar into small pieces. Mix it with the milk.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 2/3 cup of sweetener. Mix well and let it simmer.
4. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes or until everything is melted and well combined. Serve right away. Enjoy!
