We are thrilled to have back at ombra Giorgio Cravero a 5th generation affinatore and locally known as the George Clooney of Cuneo.
Join us tomorrow evening, where we’ll be launching a limited run of parmesan matured by Giorgio and his family. One wheel of cheese from a single farm was produced daily with only 170 cheeses ever made, hence the name, Centosettanta.
We have created a short a la carte menu highlighting this unique cheese and the guys at Tutto have selected a range of wines to go along with it.
