It’s as easy as follows: 40ml Boatyard Old Tom Gin 35ml Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino 5ml Maraschino 1 dash Angostura Bitters Glassware: Martini Garnish: Orange coin Add all ingredients to a mixing glass/tin and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with an orange coin.
