Last month, the @CFDA announced the list of nominees and honorees that will be celebrated at this year’s Fashion Awards, which will take place on Monday, November 7 in New York City. Today it was announced that, in addition to first time nominees like @luar and @elenavelez and honorees including @lennykravitz and the Slaysians from the House of Slay, featuring @troublewithprabal, @tokibunbun, @therealphilliplim, @tinaleung, and @ezrawilliam, @kimkardashian’s @skims is receiving the first-ever Innovation Award. Presented by Amazon Fashion, the award recognizes a brand that is “leading with technology and innovation” across a variety of fields like marketing and product development, that shapes the way “customers are shopping for fashion.” Kardashian will be accepting the award alongside Co-Founder and CEO Jens Grede, and Founding Partner and Chief Product Officer Emma Grede.
