Peanut Satay Chicken Skewers 🥜 169kcals and 34g protein per skewer These turned out so good and tasted 10 times better than they looked. I'd say use lime instead of lemon and smooth Peanut Butter if you prefer a smoother sauce. I got 5 skewers in total. What you need 500g Raw Diced Chicken Breast (550kcals 155g protein) Sauce 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (188kcals 8.1g protein) 1 Clove of Garlic Crushed 1 tbsp @calicalifoods Sriracha Sauce 5 tbsp Soy Sauce (42kcals 6.5g protein) 1 tsp Curry Powder 20ml Honey (67kcal) Juice of a half of Lemon/Lime Mix together all the sauce ingredients and whisk well, add in the Diced Chicken and leave covered and in the fridge to marinate for a few hours. Soak some skewer sticks in cold water so they don't burn in the oven Add the chicken onto the skewer sticks (I got 5 skewers in total) Lay on a baking tray and cook at 200° for 20 minutes, turning once. I had 2 of them with a Pitta, Homemade Hummus and Salad.
