Almost unbelievable that it’s been 30 years since my mom died. 30 years of growing up without a mom. 30 years of wondering if I’m anything like her. 30 years of trying to make sure she’d be proud of who I’ve become. I imagine she’s been having a great time with my dad, shaking her head at some of the choices I’ve made, and loving that her kids are closer than they’ve ever been. To my mom. 4.19.92. ❤️
