Nature is one of my favorite places to contemplate life. Within the canopy of the trees there is an opportunity to gain immense wisdom from Mother Nature’s essence. Instead of trying to define my worth in the achievements of last year, I am taking a moment to reflect and ask myself, what are the leaves I need to let go of? So often we define ourselves through the lens of our emotions of the previous year. Our memories become warped by the emotions of the past which becomes how we define ourselves into the future...
