"Why are you choosing to have another C-section?" It's probably the #1 question I've been asked. And I have no idea why that is. Maybe I was naive but before I had Elsa, I had no idea there was even a stigma around having a C-section. 🙄 My first experience with delivering was traumatic and after 48 hours of intense labor and dilating to 9cm, it ended in an emergency c-section. So for this one my doctor and I decided it was best to schedule another one. I don't know why women are made to feel shame or guilt around how they deliver. A healthy baby is all we could ever ask for. 💕 No matter how you give birth, it doesn't define you as a mom. You are POWERFUL either way. One is not better than the other.
