✨REVIEW TIME✨ Today’s review is on the highly requested Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Cleansing Oil! TLDR Cleanses effectively Great for “gritting method” Doesn’t irritate my eyes Affordable Weird earth scent ✨Texture: this is an oil with little to no viscosity. It doesn’t tug my skin when massaging and doesn’t leave a residue after emulsifying and washing off. Doesn’t sting my eyes too 🙋🏻‍♂️My opinion: As y’all know my holy grail cleansing oil is the Kose Speedy (pink bottle) and I would even say this 2 are very evenly matched! They both offer good pricing (tho Kose is slightly cheaper /ml), cleanses well and dont irritate my skin or eyes. The makeup removal power according to my sister is good and can remove your waterproof mascara easily. Works well for the gritting method too (you can google it) to remove blackheads. 🤔The downside is that is has a strange earthy scent (from the Ginseng Seed Oil) which can be a bit strange initially. It is quite subtle but I know some will definitely not be a fan of the scent. (No added fragrance or essential oils tho) 💸Will I repurchase? Yes! It is well priced and I will definitely get it again. TBH idk what the ginseng oil does for my skin (no significant results seen) so I’m just gonna ignore that since its a wash off product anyways. At $15 for 210ml, I will definitely get it again 🙌🏻Recommended for: All skin types, especially makeup users. It works great for a double cleanse without drying out my skin too.
