Introducing...‘Be a Wingman’. We teamed up with L’Oréal Men Expert and Movember on a new campaign to coincide with the start of the World Cup. It aims to encourage men to show their vulnerable side with pride, and give them all the tools to start a conversation. A L’Oréal Men expert survey of 2021 British men found that “outside of football only 28% of men would cry in front of a mate”! So, with the help of ex-England football stars Jermaine Jenas, Peter Crouch and Jamie Redknapp and a peek into their very personal stories covering football and beyond, ‘Be a Wingman’ works towards kickstarting a national conversation about male vulnerability, to normalise (and even celebrate) it, and encourage more men to open up to each other.
