Oscar, We haven’t always seen eye to eye on how to handle things. But you taught me how to stand up for myself, and gifted me the power of presence. I will take these values with me, and hold them close. While my mind can rationalize the outcome of your circumstance, my heart and soul still morn your loss, deeply. I wish I could have done more for you man, but I’m eternally grateful for the strength you gave me to embody you truthfully, tragedy and all.
