This month has been pretty challenging to me, I had to cancel some shows due to some health issues that made me experience anxiety from taking airplanes. I try my best to take trains the maximum possible I can after all it’s much better for the environment and it is less stressful but sometimes I am obliged to take some airplanes because of bad connections or sometimes trains aren’t even available. I then took two weeks off and decided to focus on my physical and mental health as I’m aware that without a break I wouldn’t be able to manage my anxiety and heal properly. Now I’am very thankful that I feel much better, I do not feel anxious anymore and my energy is back 🥰 I slept a lot, meditated a lot and basically did everything I could do to get better in my body and mind 💆🏼‍♀️ I love my job, but sometimes the reality is that it can get pretty exhausting that’s why it’s very important to listen to your body and to know when it’s vital to take a break and reset 🤎
