Last week, Botanist welcomed Mexico City's acclaimed Hanky Panky Cocktail Bar for a special Día de los Muertos collaboration dinner!⁠ ⁠ On November 2 & 3, guests enjoyed a six-course tasting menu infused with traditional Mexican flavours by Botanist Executive Chef Hector Laguna.
