Very happy to say I’ve been awarded a bursary from Dublin City Arts Office, enabling me to spend time this year in the city archives looking at and writing about all manner of ephemera and printed matter. Excited to think about Dublin’s history and how we (people in and of this city) have used the public realm to perform our private selves. Of particular interest... windows, pavements, workers’ and artists’ spaces, theatres, public/private spaces, sites of protest, politics and pleasure 💘
