If you’re waiting for a delivery thanks for your patience. I know it’s frustrating so thank you. The huge backlog over Black Friday weekend plus strikes caused the most problems but those orders from 2 weeks ago do seem to be arriving now so hopefully you won’t have to wait long. Please know that I want you all to receive your orders quickly more than anything. I work so hard to get your orders out quickly. Customer service is really important to me but this is out of my hands. Just fyi If you ask for your order to be cancelled once it’s on its way this will cost me £10(on top of the lost order value. as I’ll have to cover the postage cost both to you and then for it be sent back). Please do think consider this before asking for a refund. 🙏🏼 I’m dealing with a huge volume of emails chasing orders. I reply to everyone as quickly as I can. Please be kind.
