Founder Wendy León first opened Chifa in Lima, Peru in 1975 before relocating to California. Decades later, Chifa was reborn in Eagle Rock, California 2020 in partnership her children, Ricardina and Humberto Leon @humberto, fashion designer/founder of Opening Ceremony @openingceremony.
