Week 5 of our London Marathon prep we took to Ladybower reservoir for a 27km long run. The task - put into practice our race day fuelling strategy using @maurten_official & build on the previous weeks long run mileage.
Now time to keep hold of the progress made in previous weeks, until race day is only around the corner.
