Excited to introduce the KICK START challenge now available on the @evolveyouapp 👏 I launched the EY app roughly 3 years ago with my business partner in hopes of creating a platform that welcomed all women help elevate their fitness journey with a global community, lead trainers, endless support and never feeling alone at the touch of a button. I never in a million years thought we would grow our community this big, passionate and truly resemble one big family that care about each other so much. What started as a PDF downloadable workout has now turned into a global community of hundreds of thousands of women from over 142 countries world wide squatting together 👌 What started as a journey I embarked on because I felt I wasn’t enough has now given me the strength to help millions of women move their bodies daily and lift heavy weights! So to me the KICK START challenge is so special to me as it’s an annual challenge we do as a community that helps you reset your mind and give you a gentle reminder that you can and will do this !
