Power . Being from Maine, I grew up frequently visiting Acadia National Park, swimming at Sand Beach, and hiking and biking some of the miles of trails spread across the area. But in all the times I’ve been fortunate enough to visit, I’ve never seen waves as big or heard Thunder Hole as loud as I experienced on my most recent sunrise trip to the park along the Ocean Path. Truly thunderous booms rocked the coastline, and I would have stayed and watched and listened to the power of the ocean all day if I could. So much fun.
