Trip down to @urbnsurf was a success! Got my first wave in over 3 months and ended up surfing for 5 hrs over two days, the surf stoke was real couple wipe the smile off my face. Was amazing to feel the stability and strength in my shoulder now and look forward to getting into some surfing over the next month before heading to Hawaii to get into some big stuff 🏄‍♂️ So grateful to be able to have access to the facility and knowledge @surfingaushpc and special thanks to @physio.paul for helping me get to this point 🙏🙏💪 Thanks @tripadeal for sorting all my travel needs so easily for the trip!
