• you haven’t achieved your 2025 goals yet
• you want to spend more time alone
• you don’t know what you want
• you don’t like this time of year
• you changed your mind
✨And it’s okay to…
• set boundaries with loved ones
• prioritize self-care this holiday season
• have some alone time
• enjoy holiday treats guilt-free
• say “no” when you’re feeling overwhelmed
• ask for help when you need it
🧠CBT reminder: Your thoughts and feelings aren’t “good” or “bad” — they’re information. Let them guide you toward what you need, not what you think you ‘should’ be doing.
