Finally sharing my last ever dance happening piece 🖤 This piece was so very special to me & I had the absolute best journey choreography this. I’m so grateful for these talented dancers and that I got this opportunity by the @utampadance faculty to showcase my work❤️ My piece, “Chasing the Void,” explores the powerful and consuming nature of fear, and how it shapes our thoughts, actions, and lives. Each dancer represents a different fear, showing how fear can invade the mind and influence our decisions. The dancers reflect the internal battle of confronting fear, transforming it, and ultimately finding empowerment or release in that process. Ultimately, the piece highlights how we are shaped by fear, not as victims, but as individuals who learn to navigate and rise above it. We can’t always live our lives in fear, but we can choose how we respond to it and let it shape us. I want to thank my incredible cast again and my mentor @leanne_dances for bringing my last happening piece to life.
