Life has been rocky... And that’s just how it gets sometimes... I have been processing a loss, figuring out the next steps in my life, rediscovering myself in ways and doing some healing all while traveling and being on the go non stop. It’s been a lot to juggle at once & I haven’t been showing up here as authentically as I usually do. I haven’t even felt like myself a lot of the times. So I just really want to remind you that it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. I try to keep it as real as possible on here but sometimes I just can’t. And I’m not the only one so please don’t compare your life to people you see on social media. You never know what’s truly going on. It’s not fair to you. Everyone struggles and it’s okay. It’s okay to feel lost and cry and have breakdowns. But it’s also okay to forget about the sadness and try to have a good time. We are human. We cope however we can and want to. Whatever you might be going through please take care of yourself and remember you aren’t alone. Less judgement & more love 🤍
