2023 was the year about taking care of me and identifying what needed to be changed in order to become my best self! I got my ass in the gym, became more mindful of what I was putting into my body and how it was effecting my overall function, became consistent with therapy and implementing what I learned into my actual daily life ! Self awareness is one of the greatest super powers you can have in this life! Once you focus on that everything else follows... with that being said 2024 is about fighting for the life I’ve been dreaming of and making it happen through planning and execution! If there is one piece of advice I can give anyone is to be kind to yourself and that good things take TIME, the bigger picture is made up of baby steps... DRAW OUT THE PLANS AND EXECUTE LITTLE BY LITTLE 🫶🏼
