The moment you enter @convergencestation , you are in a lobby of a transit station. To get a sense of where the transit station itself is located, you need only to look up. "The "Cosmic Mural" by LORDSCIENCE UNIVERSAL @lordscience is a 360 degree, 1,800 sq ft. mural located in Meow Wolf's central lobby known as the "TRANSIT STATION." Working almost entirely in spray-paint, the mural was "improvised-live" without the use of sketches, projection or schematics. Nebulas, quasars, and stars from distant galaxies span the walls of the station providing visitors with far-out views and cosmic inspiration. Dubbed “The Cosmic Mural,” a 360 degree painting that was inspired by the fantastic and colorful satellite images provided by NASA’s Hubble Telescope. This space themed panorama features a solar eclipse, newborn nebulas, and blown-out dying stars found within a “Tiger-Striped Galaxy.” The mural work took the artist 36 days to complete and was made entirely with spray paint.
