Technically Pride ends in an hour, but for me I celebrate my 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ babies every single day. This shoot with @lightsandgin was all about "Celebrating Culture, Pride, and Pyaar! 💕✨ Making a statement with “Pyaar Wins” written on my henna-adorned hands, it symbolizes no matter the challenges we face, love prevails. Standing united, we become unstoppable, protecting one another and creating a safe world for all. By intertwining the trans flag in my mehndi design, I aimed to shed light on the resilient trans community, because we need all the support with current transphobic laws being passed. As a proud south asian trans fem, my love for humanity and our community transcends any adversity. I've overcome countless obstacles as a Queer, Pakistani, Muslim, Immigrant. My goal is to be the person I didn’t have growing up, and create a safe place for queers of all walks of life. I love you, I have a strong need to protect you, I am glad you are here.
