MAY YOUR WELLS NEVER RUN DRY. Anna Lesudo stands by a well where she used to bring her herd of 100 cows to drink. In the last three years, she has witnessed every last cow perish, during this region’s worst drought in 40 years. ................................ Our “MAY YOU...” project came about as a reaction to my last trip to the Horn of Africa, with @concernworldwideus, where the region is enduring the worst drought in 40 years. As we left conversations with people, they would say, “May your family be blessed.” I was constantly shocked that these people, who had nothing, least of all hope, were able to find it in their hearts to bless a fellow human being. It highlighted to me that we ARE all connected, and I started to think about other blessings that we would all want to wish upon our fellow brothers and sisters.
