We’re not done with summer yet. 🌞Grab those last of season, super ripe summer peaches – they are perfect for our Peach, Mint, & Serrano salad! This salad is a party in your mouth and is just so very delicious. It’s got zing from ginger, heat from serrano, tartness from our pomegranate syrup, bright herby mint, and luscious, sweet peaches. Need we say more?⁠ ⁠ ⁠ Recipe below!⁠ ⁠ Dressing:⁠ ⁠ 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger⁠ ⁠ 1 tbsp champagne vinegar⁠ ⁠ ⁠ ⁠ Let the ginger sit in the champagne vinegar while you assemble the salad.⁠ ⁠ ⁠ Then whisk in:⁠ ⁠ 1 tbsp Just Pomegranate Syrup⁠ ⁠ 2 tbsp olive oil⁠ ⁠ ⁠ Assemble the salad on a plate:⁠ ⁠ 3 very ripe sliced peaches⁠ ⁠ Fresh mint leaves from 1⁄4 of a bunch⁠ ⁠ 1 very thinly sliced serrano pepper⁠ ⁠ ⁠ Drizzle the dressing all over the salad, making sure to hit every peach!
