STREAMING NOW on @bigwindow_org In May of 2021 a private investigator visited Alyssa Davis Gallery with an agenda – to gather enough evidence against the young dealer in order to shut down her 11th story apartment operation. Just over a year later, the gallery shuttered its doors on April 3rd, 2022 with Abby Lloyd’s Goodbye Dolly as the final exhibition. A reenactment film written and directed by Leah Hennessey is on view on Big Window with an accompanying text written by Almog Cohen-Kashi from May 1 - May 26, 2022. The film stars Ruby McCollister playing the role of Alyssa and Matt Mcauley playing the role of the private investigator at the scene with Abby Lloyd’s oversized doll as the object of the private investigator’s feigned interest.
