My whole life has been a journey of seeking to understand the mystery of it all. One thing for sure that I’ve learned along the way is the power of believing what is possible and that starts by actively and consciously forcing your ruminating mindset to change. At first it was uncomfortable for me to catch my thoughts and replace them with “thank you God, angels, Mother Earth...” but today it’s an automatic in my first thoughts of the day and throughout. And with this I have seen magic unfold around me with how I’ve journeyed through the ups and downs of life and mostly, how resilient I’ve become to not letting things take me down like they used to. And using tools like a healthy diet, positive music, spending time in nature with animals and being around the good people who pull you up (not bring you down) and learning to say “no thank you” to that and those who don’t serve me well are all necessary musts to make this big change in your life of becoming a peaceful warrior.
