After 6 days on Duromine I decided to halt taking it due to a few side effects. I totally lost my voice which threw a huge spanned in the works. I was also starting to feel the effects of very little sleep. I’m 2 days off it now and feel rested and my voice has returned. I don’t think I’ll go back on it as it really showed me how hard I need to work to shift this weight. I lost 3.5kg and got a heap of motivation to continue this journey. At this stage I might jump on it for a few days to shift a little more weight. For now I’m eating healthier and exercising more and the ball has definitely started rolling which was the main goal. I’ll do an update if anything changes. Thanks again for everyone’s advice and support.
