Welcoming the month of October! 🍂 October signifies the lifting of the veil and communing more with our shadow self. As the veil between the spiritual world and physical world lifts, we are able to turn inward and attend to our container of both strengths and wounds. As the seasons and our own internal cycles begin to shed the heat of external summer, the shorter days and longer nights begin to give us permission to step more fully into our inner caverns. October’s energetic theme is Shadow Work. When we are able to honor our shadows, we are able to more fully embrace our gifts. Shadow work can be done alone, in community, and through meditation, reiki, and additional energy work. This month, we are focusing on cultivating the darkness so that we can more fully embrace the light. May October bring you deep healing and exquisite breakthroughs.
