You can find the new episode on @magnolianetwork Sunday 8/21 at 2pm ET/ 1pm CT Dad (aka Bop) and I visited the @historictrondhjemchurch , an old Norwegian Church in MN to make lefse with some of the women in the community. Lefse is a quintessentially Nordic flatbread made with mashed potatoes and is served at all special occasions. I’ve seen it being done many times, but this was my first try. I LOVED making and eating it with my dad and our wonderful teachers from the Old Trondhjem Church.
