Transparency Post — ☕️ There’s nothing that could ever bring me back down that dark road ever again. Where I was mentally a year ago is far behind me. A year of therapy, a year of consistency, a year of putting myself first, a year of being kinder to myself, this is only the beginning. Losing this weight was for more than just looks, to me it was a representation of shedding all the baggage I had to carry for years. Half way through 2022 and I cannot wait to share everything I have in store for the remainder of the year. I’m a full time mother of two, full time makeup artist, and a full time student. My therapist suggested I should start celebrating myself more & that’s what I intend on doing. Life is too short so live it up. Don’t wait for others to celebrate you, do it yourself - that also is a form a self love / self care. 🫶🏼 #CheersToLife
