Off season cruising right along 🚀 Olympia weekend starting tomorrow and like any expo, event etc. the mission is always to get all the meals in 👏🏼 complete all training & cardio 👏🏼 and check all the boxes ✅ I haven’t thought much about it until recently, but this is one of my secrets. No matter whether it’s prep or off season, there is a plan and we stick to it, no matter what. Find gyms in the area you’re traveling to, bring healthy snacks and meals, do a quick google search of healthy restaurants in the area, order groceries from instacart or go to a local store if needed...there are so many tips and hacks, should I share more? Staying on track isn’t as hard as it seems.
