If you are looking to head out this weekend, check out @fablemelbourne who have the highest rooftop bar in Melbourne! 🍸 They recently introduced their first winter cocktail and food menu, developed by Michelin- Starred Alex Xinis and notable mixologist Alessandro Nardini which is seasonale and has a strong emphasis on vegan and gluten free options. The scallops, from Shark Bay with celeriac and black garlic was divine as well as the Silk Road mocktail which was a mix of Mango, kaffir lime and ginger - were my faves! However, the other dishes we tried were also really delicious.
