Be mindful and show grace to the stylist that do not have the luxury of a reliable assistant. It has its PROS & CONS.. let me tell you! Cons • I sometimes have to multitask and schedule clients so that I’m able to do so when necessary • Some days my pace may be a bit slower because I may be very tired • I’m not able to take squeeze in appointments • Usually don’t get a break of any kind until my full day is complete & there are extremely a lot of pros to having a salon assistant but the main PRO that benefits myself & clients is a guaranteed thorough service because I am the only one nurturing clients hair from beginning to end!🙌🏾 I have been through my share of Salon Assistants and though they can be helpful, I’d rather efficiently do everything myself until I can find GOOD & RELIABLE assistance (which will not be anytime soon).
