@cammieavers. How on earth do I describe you on your birthday? One of my longest friends. 20 years and counting! There’s no way to sum it up on Instagram. As I look at these pictures I see happier times, I see us before we had to plan funerals together, before too many hospital visits to count. But what I also see are girls who would grow into women together - who would turn into incredible fighters. I absolutely am who I am today because of you and your friendship. You have encouraged me time and time again, you’ve been a safe space, you have helped me realize when not to back down and when to bow out gracefully. You are incredibly wise, extremely faithful, and the most incredible mix of fun and consistency. Through thick and thin, to my all-seasons friend, I love you so much. Happy Birthday.
