Nourished 🍒🍳🥝🥒 Feels like they are ravenous in the warmer months when we are spending so much time out doors, barefoot, under the sun. I don’t mind giving snacks upon (frequent) request because I keep snacking simple simple simple and try not to overthink it. They have times of eating more and eating less- just depends on the season and how active we are. how lucky am I to serve nourishing foods to the people I love the most🙂‍↔️✨💛
