Squat - 220KG ⚪️⚪️⚪️ Bench - 147.5KG ⚪️⚪️⚪️ Deadlift - 250KG ⚪️⚪️⚪️ Total - 617.5KG Tad disappointed about bench but this cycle has been trash so pulled it back majorly but felt strong yesterday so had 155 in the bag if I didn’t hit the rack on the second 😅 Thank you for all the support!
