➡️ All the workouts you will see in my app have about 4-6 moves per workout and take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete.
🚫 No burpees, no HIIT and no complex combo moves.
✅ Just basic weightlifting.
🔺 Back to Basics programming is a daily Gym Based (with home modifications) lifting schedule, for example:
M- Quads
T- Back
W- Arms & Chest
Th- Glutes & Hamstrings
F- Shoulders
🔹Class Workouts are a full body workout focusing on specific muscle groups, best done 2-3 times a week.
It’s the same type of weightlifting, but requires minimal equipment and can be done at home with a simple home gym. These workouts are fantastic for those who like to attend cardio classes on other days or can only go to the gym a few times a week.
